Makes simple booking requests faster. Sure it could have some additional features and the UX could be improved, but for booking slots at a single gym it does the job and is faster than going through the website

Rotates screen regardless of phone rotation setting. Navigation with Samsung's "back" button doesn't work, only works with app buttons. The app's captcha is overly complicated. Other than these annoyances, it works fine.

Can't log in to account with app - stuck in endless loop between gym website login page and the app prompting me to pick a facility. Also, the module to sign up for fitness classes is horrible. Worst UX in the world.

Overall not the best app. When I try to join as a member for my local climbing wall, every time I try and enter a card number it just takes me back to the home screen. Over and over.
