El núcleo de la tecnología RGS es un paquete de software que se ha desarrollado en colaboración con científicos, médicos y, sobre todo, pacientes. RGSwear se apoya en tecnologías portables (teléfono y reloj) para ayudar a recuperar de manera óptima la función motora y el bienestar. RGSwear se respalda en la terapia de movimiento inducida por refuerzo (RIMT). El tracking continuo y el feedback personalizado tienen como objetivo alentar al paciente sobre al uso de la extremidad parética, evitando entrar en un ciclo vicioso de no-uso de la extremidad. La aplicación proporciona al paciente mensajes personalizados sobre su estado de mejora e incluye un ejercicio para controlar la recuperación motora a lo largo del tiempo.
