★★★★★ Helpful & varied meal plans with adaptability; caloric designed for calorie deficit; like having the recipes available. Fitness classes are designed to move and use muscle groups appropriate for aging body; high fitness levels not required, yet thorough whole body treatment; it allows me to indicate I exercised independently of the app, but I do wish it allowed me to log the specifics of additional exercise. I like that I don't have to renew my subscription!

★★☆☆☆ Not user-friendly, recipes are gross, and they will not refund your money. Stay away!

★★☆☆☆ Absolutely hassle and false advertising. I signed up for a keto plan is showed all recipes with 30 plus carbs in them.... when I contacted customer service they just kept giving me the run-around trying to give me a 50% discount to stay and ebooks for high carb programs I can't use they told me that they would switch me to a keto program that apparently my settings were messed up that never happened they will give you the runaround all day long it was just a giant headache ........
