Lately, it seems like I get asked to log in every day or two. That's a real pain in the butt. I connect my phone to my car and Napster doesn't work because I have to log in. Why the change in behavior? It wouldn't be quite as bad if you'd accept a fingerprint to login. But, no, I have to type. While driving....

What's the deal? Can't download music (failed to download music). Won't load my playlists (something went wrong, please try again). When I try to refresh, it says sign in failed, please check the spelling of your username and password and try again. I've been paying money every month for YEARS! Needs fixed!!!

I have been using Napster app for 3 years without issues, but sadly, something has changed. Now the music completely stops when you're listening to only part of a song. I'll be more than happy to come back once they fix the issue - it definitely was a great user-friendly app while it lasted. Lol

I've been using this app for the past 15 years...since it was Rhapsody. Glad I've been paying $10.99 a month for the app to hardly cooperate [at least these past 2 years] & lose the majority of songs on 4 playlists I've been working on for 15 years.

Been a subscriber to this app for 15 years and every week the new releases would update. Well for the past month now nothing has updated. New releases have been the same since the first of December. I had to go subscribe to other music apps to be able to listen to the new music that's out and want to hear. If I hadn't paid for a year in advance would cancel this subscription and keep the one I know stays up to date. This app has steadily gone downhill over the past few years
