It asks to confirm my identity. On my own phone using my own username and my own password. It is garbage and so frustrating to still need a call too and NO OPTIon to just get a text. Update: 2024 app has improved. Code is easier to rest password. Too many calls to reset password. First a code then back to app. Then another call to verify code. Then a temp password. Better write it down after entering and getting yet another call to verify its you🤬 then enter temp password to enter new password.

Still plagued w/ issues since reporting them directly to RIFACE & IT dep. (screenshots & emails) still version 2024.07.01 available in Play Store. Ridiculous. When trying to view the terms and conditions right before you can press "process payment," a message appears that states, "Uninstall Web View updates? The installed version of Web View caused RIFACE Mobile Banking to crash. Uninstall the Web View updates, then restart RIFACE." On top of this, the app consistently logs you out for no reason.
