The app will not let me in keeps saying service is working try again. It's been doing it for almost 3 days I can't get access to my money and can't pay my bills if I don't have accessed it's pretty frustrating.

Still plagued w/ issues since reporting them directly to RIFACE & IT dep. (screenshots & emails) still version 2024.07.01 available in Play Store. Ridiculous. When trying to view the terms and conditions right before you can press "process payment," a message appears that states, "Uninstall Web View updates? The installed version of Web View caused RIFACE Mobile Banking to crash. Uninstall the Web View updates, then restart RIFACE." On top of this, the app consistently logs you out for no reason.

Critical error when trying to download e-statements. Running the latest version available, 2025.05.0. The message says, "Critical error occurred! This is embarrassing. We sincerely apologize for this." What's the point of having e-statements if you can't download them? Running S24+ Android 15 with latest security patch from 1 August. My wife is having same issue with her accounts on same model phone and app version.
