They delivered cheap quality of rice probably ₹40 whereas I paid ₹68 for the rice. Their call center is useless, and they shout us if we tell their mistake. When I pay for all the products I selected through net banking they need to refund the price of the missing items which are not in their stock. They don't refund. When I pointed to the call center that the amount I paid is greater than the items I received, she shouted that "Sir already we have delivered the order and issue on us"
