First time used in 2019... does not work with an ARC 😢 2025 still the same. Only bank in Taiwan which has an app that does not operate for foreign residents.

I removed and registered my fingerprints on my phone recently then logged in many bank apps. I found Richard app has a serious security problem. Instead of checking my password and personal information like other bank apps on my phone, Richard app let me logged in directly through my new fingerprints. That means if someone knows how to unlock my screen, he can change my fingerprints setting, and then use my Richard account to do whatever he wants.

The best bank for foreigners?!? 😂😂😂 The commissions to transfer 5000usd are 60usd, which makes Richard the most expensive bank in Taiwan. Check the fine prints (not clearly visible on the website) and you'll realize that you need to make 4 separated transfers of $1500 each, with $15 commission each. Stay with your Cathay or China Trust bank guys, this is definitely not worthy.

Offal nugatory. Slow loading speed. Tedious verification procedures for shifting devices. Web ATM plug supports IE instead of Edge? In addition, lots of bugs inside. One is that it cannot be uninstalled, which wastes my time to debug for your poor programmers. I will suggest you to fire those obsolete pitiful programmers if they keep designing this futile dross. I have fed it up with your nugatory app, going to rescind my account.
