It's quick, easy, and simple to use. I like the Richland Solid Waste app, because I don't always know when recycling is going to pick up, and some months have five Fridays which throws off the week they're expected to come. And around the holidays I'm not sure when to expect any of the pickups for regular waist nor recycling. So these apps gives me specifics on when they are coming. Is also a electronic form you can fill out to request for other items to be picked up besides the regular waist.
