If can, in the app can help to locate where are the ride actual location, sich as nearby which shop, which level. We are at Woodland Mall, when at level 1, at the PEPPA Lo-boy ride, the app detected Peppa Rocket, my LO very keen to play it but we looking around was not there. So my daughter and I was walked around the mall, took us 20 minutes and found it at B1 near food republic. Hope this will be improved. She really enjoyed it very much.

Stole my money. I bought three tickets. Then it kept saying can't process as reception might be bad and can't connect to ride. So would try again, it used all three tickets for my one ride. Why would it process all three tickets when ride only worked once. Then I couldn't even email support as they only provide you a phone number. So beware the app. EDIT: Just found an email here. So emailing to see if it's an easy correction for a refund. Will update.

App doesn't work. I would not trust their app and your credit card! Also, there's no free birthday rides as advertised on the app!
