RideAlong: AI Powered Coaching

RideAlong turns real conversations into structured, AI-powered coaching.

Your team records real calls and appointments — in person or over video. RideAlong transcribes each conversation and scores it against your team's own playbook — the specific steps, talk tracks, and behaviors you coach to — so every recording produces concrete, consistent feedback instead of a vague gut check.

WHAT YOU GET
• Record calls and appointments directly from your phone, even with the screen off.
• Automatic, accurate transcripts of each conversation.
• AI scoring against a rubric your team defines — see which steps were hit, which were missed, and where the conversation turned.
• Manager analytics across your team to spot coaching trends.
• Ask follow-up questions about any recorded conversation in plain language.

BUILT FOR TEAMS
RideAlong is a business tool for teams that coach conversations — field service, training, interviewing, inspections, healthcare, real estate, customer success, and sales. Access is by team invitation — your manager sets up your workspace and invites you. There is no public sign-up; you sign in with the account your organization provides.

PRIVACY
Recordings, transcripts, and coaching results belong to your organization and are used only to deliver coaching inside your team. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. You can delete your account and associated data from within the app at any time (Settings → Delete Account). Full policy: https://ridealong.daedelix.com/privacy

New: practice a real upcoming meeting. Tell RideAlong who you are meeting, attach their LinkedIn screenshots or files, and practice against an AI customer built from that research. Every practice now starts with a customer brief you can read first. The AI customer replies faster, keeps the same personality if the connection drops, and notices if your mic stops working. Fixed: invite links no longer loop on an already-active screen.
