Made for bikes, scooters and cars
• Motorbike, scooter, car, truck or van, EV bike or EV car, and bi-fuel vehicles
• Several vehicles in one garage, switch in one tap
• Units per vehicle: km or miles, litres, gallons or kWh, and your own currency
Fuel log and mileage
• Real fuel economy with the full-to-full method, in 7 displays: km/L, L/100 km, mpg (US or UK), kWh/100 km and more
• Partial fill-ups count toward the next full tank, and a missed fill-up never spoils your average
• Enter the odometer or the trip meter, and any two of volume, price and total: the third is worked out as you type
• Regional fuel-grade chips and station suggestions from your own history
• EV charging in kWh, free charging included
• Odometer checks catch typos, and an estimate fills in today's reading
• Entries far from your usual mileage are flagged, and you can leave them out of the average
Service and maintenance reminders
• 19 service types: oil change, chain, CVT belt, spark plug, tyres, brakes, battery, coolant and more
• Ready, editable service plans for motorbikes, scooters, petrol and diesel cars, EVs and vans
• Reminders by km, by months or both, whichever comes first, with an early heads-up
• "Done today" logs the service and resets the next reminder; Snooze when you need a few days
• Service history with parts, labour and shop
Documents and renewals
• Insurance, registration, road tax, inspection and emission test, named as in your country (STNK, đăng kiểm, RC, PUC, TÜV, MOT…)
• Alerts 30, 7 and 1 day before, or your own lead time
Costs and rider income
• Expenses in 10 categories, from parking and tolls to repairs, insurance and loan instalments
• For riders who work: log earnings per platform name you choose, with trips, hours and distance
• Profit per day, per km and per hour (earnings minus fuel, service and other costs, never mixing currencies), with today's profit on the home screen
Charts and reports
• Consumption trend, monthly costs by category, spend donut, fuel price and distance per month
• PDF vehicle report (Android 4.4 and newer, CSV on 4.3), CSV and JSON export, and a CSV import wizard with column mapping
New in 2.3
• Reminders on a fixed schedule, like a yearly inspection, even when done early or late
• Service bundles: "Minor service" picks oil, filter and chain in one tap; part numbers on your parts, searchable in the log
• Checklist runs in the log, and a nudge to update the odometer after a month without a reading
• Also: warranties, checklists, price check, cost per service type, engine hours, CSV import
Private by design
No internet, location or camera permission: everything is computed on your phone and nothing is sent anywhere. Encrypted backup to a folder you choose, daily snapshots, undo history, an optional PIN lock and a Trust center that shows what the app stores.
Made for older and low-end phones
RideBook runs on Android 4.3 and newer, is a download of about 2 MB and stays fast on phones with 1 GB of RAM. Lite mode turns itself on for low-memory devices, and a Reliability screen checks that reminders arrive.
Tablet, widgets and shortcuts
• Tablet layouts with the log and its details side by side
• Vehicle summary and Next service widgets, shortcuts, a Quick Settings tile to log a fill-up, and dark mode
Languages: 20, including English, Español, Português, Français, Deutsch, Tiếng Việt and Bahasa Indonesia.
Service intervals are general reminders, not manufacturer advice: check your owner's manual. RideBook does not track your location and does not connect to your vehicle.

Recent changes:
New in 2.14: replaced the dash more than once? Each instrument cluster is kept, so older entries keep their own numbers and the service history names every change. A 12 V battery check every two weeks, month or three months on any vehicle. Plan modifications with the price you expect, add them to the shopping list, mark them fitted. Find any tool by typing in More. Everything due now lists tyre pressures, brake pads, the battery and riding gear. Your 2.13 data carries over automatically.
