I booked a cab around 9pm today till now I didn't get my driver's call nt even driver, but ride got activated automatically without otp confirmation he didn't even visit not even cancelled the ride cos in my phone I am nt getting option to cancel the ride I need resolution and if any coin got deducted then u will pay for tht apart frm this my money for other ride applications and my time all has to be compensated or u guys have to pay heavy penalties in court apart frm this already mailed

Why you need so many permissions no other cab app needs this. Call log, Phone, Photos, Storage. . .... . . And app doesn't work if I don't allow. The minimum permission needed should be location only. Its surprising no one else commented on this.
