When is the free public Wi-Fi going to open been saying almost a year now TCAT Free Wi-Fi but has a password and drive doesn't know it

Ultimately the most useless app on the planet. The company Transfer who owns Tcat for Tulare County doesn't even revamp or update this GPS app for the buses, so they can get away with not coming to the stops and being late. These bus drivers are basically a no-show!

The only working feature is being able to track the bus. It doesn't show bus schedules, you are able to schedule notifications but you don't receive them. it's a guessing game, I haven't been able to catch the bus. I've either gotten there and its late or I leave my house as it's gotten to the stop already.
