Rig 24/7

Rig 24/7 is a comprehensive industrial IoT telemetry and fleet monitoring mobile application designed for rig operators, fleet managers, engineers, and operational teams.
Monitor your drilling rigs and heavy equipment in real time from anywhere, detect anomalies instantly, and keep your field operations running at peak efficiency.

KEY FEATURES:

1.LIVE TELEMETRY & SENSOR MONITORING
Stream real-time operational data directly from connected rig controllers and IoT sensors. Track critical parameters including pressure, temperature, RPM, flow rates, and power consumption with low-latency updates.

2.INTERACTIVE MAPS & FLEET TRACKING
Locate active rigs, drilling units, and support vehicles across job sites. View geographic deployments, status indicators, and operational zones on an interactive Google Map view.

3.INSTANT ALERTS & ANOMALIES
Receive instant push notifications for sensor thresholds, critical safety warnings, equipment faults, and scheduled maintenance reminders. Resolve critical alerts quickly before minor issues lead to costly downtime.

4.HISTORICAL TRENDS & LOGS
Analyze historical operation curves, daily shift performance, and equipment cycles to diagnose issues and optimize drilling parameters.

5.SECURE ENTERPRISE ACCESS
Protected by role-based authentication, token encryption, and enterprise-grade data security to ensure proprietary operational data remains confidential and protected.

Rig 24/7 empowers drilling teams with actionable visibility into daily operations, helping reduce downtime, enhance safety standards, and boost fleet productivity.
