These folks called me to go diagnose a truck for them. Told them upfront my callout fee and my horly rate. They charged the customer my callout fee upfront. But yet they haven't paid me. Similar situation happened previously, and they paid that balance then, finally. I shouldn't have to repeatedly reach out for my payments. I'm done doing any type of work for them. STAY FAR AWAY they simply mark up independent truck services work.

We worked as a mechanic for a short time. They promised up pay in 24 hours. It took us 18 days to get paid and that was 18 days of hell. They hoped that wed give up, and they would not pay us. My hubby a certified diesel mechanic said he had tried to work with them multiple times, and they never pay their CONTRACTORS. They keep changing their name to fool you. Lock in their phone #. They are liars and cheats. You don't need them. They are stealing leads from local markets. Hire an SEO pro keep all $$

Have yet to get a good experience through this app yet. Every time a request comes in, with the tiny amount of information you get you ha e to try and quote parts and labor for a job at an estimated distance with no way of calling the driver or dispatcher directly. When you do bid out the job your app is completely locked until the driver accepts it and ONLY then. Also, when I tried calling, it connected me with a fishy sounding person that was apparently with Rig, not the driver.
