EDIT: One suggestion, when video autoplay is enabled, the app should try preloading the first frame of the next video, if any, i.e. the video to the left or right when swiping. This may help prevent the visual "glitch" when the video thumbnail switches rapidly to the first video frame as it starts playing.

I like the fact that the app put the name of the folders under the folders and not on the folders' thumbnails. My folders' names are long sometime. You can sort the way you view your folders. You can sort the way you view your pictures. You can change the column counts of your pictures. The only bad thing is that the app is slow to load when you open the app and when you exit a folder. They can also improve the picture edit. If the app become faster it will be close to be like the dead Quick pic

It changed my view type to list and won't let me change it back to grid. It says you can do adjustments like contrast and brightness, but it only lets you choose filters. When selecting from folders to upload, it only shows a few of the folders and won't let you select from the rest. When using a filter, if the image has already been filtered, if you try and apply another one, it doesn't save it properly - everything changes and there's weird color blocks.

This gallery app is quite disjointed and all over the place. All the photos on an album named "Things for Sale" are in a completely different order than the Samsung gallery I was using before. I took a few screenshots, but I can't actually find them anywhere, and they're not in the "Screenshots" album. It doesn't appear that albums can be stored together in a group based on the category, i.e., travels, as they're all separated.

UPDATE: I'm now using Photozen gallery which has dark mode. Deleted. UPDATE: I redownloaded this app bc it was associated w/ another email. App now has locked features. I don't care about colors, but there's no dark mode. -3 stars and will delete as soon as another app found. Solid 4* + 1 for no ads. A bit shonky until you get it dialed in or after a tweak, but it's near perfect for my needs. Definite need for more color adjustment options. Column count is buggy. Open video with external app.
