Worked fine on my previous phone (Android 10), Bluetooth pairing worked great, and the app was very useful. However, I recently got a new phone (Android 14), and cannot pair the app with my meter. Bluetooth is enabled, the phone can see the meter and accepts the connection. The meter says, "connecting", but gives me an "unable to connect" message. The meter shows "Blu" and Pair" on the screen - no dashes. *Update* The meter's button must be pressed during the pairing process. Thanks BIONIME!

The app is great, but There are some issues need to be fixed such as if I need to remove or edit reading's values, It's not possible to edit the value if I have a reading from other device, and I mistakenly entered incorrect value. For enhancements, you need to add chart graph for the whole readings Also I think you might be able to predict or estimate the value of HbA1c value from the past 3 months readings

Overall are good. Being use for almost a year. Please help add ability to export data history for further keeping. The record will not cover few months if you doing test 7 times a day that's 49 data per week When the data needed for review by doctors can show to doctor the exported data. Also hope to include photo being uploaded and any other information that being uploaded in the apps to exported too. This will be great help. Or export chart data with photo uploaded will be good

Overall good app but need ability to add or/and switch profile (or at least delete a reading from profile). Otherwise, it won't be much use since cannot use device to monitor more than one person at a time. To make it worse, the device will lock pair to only one phone/number/profile. Cannot pair to another phone with different profile (i.e. borrow). Lucky you do not need the app to get a reading. So, for me (that use blood glucose monitor on more than one person), this app is very much useless.

I am a user from Bangladesh, I can't open an account as there has no option for Bangladeshi phone number. Please fix it fast. I can't connect my Bionime 700sb to phone for this.

Cannot pair with my Honor mobile phone. If can't be paired, then what is the use of the app.? Now every time I do my blood test / blood pressure test, I have to record them manually. The equipments are not cheap! Or else I will be looking for another alternative.
