I'm a new user. I downloaded the app it doesn't allow me to create an account. I asked to reset my password and I never got the email how can I use it if I can't create an account?

Spiritually Awful ... I could Never sign in! I downloaded the app for my Roku TV, and it wouldn't let me sign on, so I downloaded the app here on my Google phone, and it wouldn't let me sign on. It wouldn't let me do anything past putting in my email address because I've never signed up before, and I even tried putting an email in and 'forgot' password they still didn't send any email to me, so I could see if that would let me get through! Don't waste your time with this it's sad.

Using app on Fire stick. Once open you cannot close it and go back out to Fire stick home. I had to install a smart switch on my Fire stick to kill it's power and force a reboot every time I'm done with app and need to get out.
