★★★★★ I have a small business and for the last 4 years I tried 3 different voip phone systems because the connectivity, poor customer services and integration. Lot of time the other company phone didn't ring and go directly to the voicemail that's makes me crazy. Ringcentral in my opinion is the best.

★★☆☆☆ The RingCentral app suddenly requires intrusive permissions. Just to join a video meeting, it now requires permission to identify all nearby devices and access to the phone permission. Neither of those permissions were required until recently. Until they remove these intrusive required permissions, I need to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I might even have to uninstall RingCentral, as the app now refuses to do anything unless you give it these intrusive permissions.
★★☆☆☆ I don't know what you did to your latest update, the app no longer rings on my phone it goes directly to voicemail when someone calls me. I made zero changes on my phone and zero changes on my control panel. Is anyone else having an issue?
★★☆☆☆ Having issues with phone calls (poor or weak connections) have sent several troubleshooting notices during the actual call. No response from Ring Central. Also message notifications have become issues in not receiving on my mobile device. 1 star service.
