Ringdroid Best ring tone app can break it down to the millisecond. However it force closes everytime u use it.

Disappointed After saving the song and setting it as a ringtone the app force closes and the ringtone makes no noise when set. This app uses to be the best. Idk what happened.

Hidden spam Functionality is there, but it's a spammer. Adds ads to the notification bar and random spam icons to your home screens. Had to delete. Shocking behaviour. Not impressed. Google should remove from the market.
