I don't understand this app at all I register first one they did not verify my bvn and my number is only gmail they register I message customer service, and she asks me to re-register again with another gmail account may have made i am mistake with name on my bvn and name that I use to register this app and I still open another gmail to register again still yet u don't verify my account may be u people should change ur service

On August 2, 2024, ur system malfunctioned, crediting excess reversal into my acct, To rectify this, U deducted the excess amount from my main balance and accrued commissions, labeling it "excess credit reversal." Upon careful calculation, I realized you owed me a substantial balance. I lodged a complaint, u assured me u would investigate & resolve the issue promptly. However, nothing was done. I funded my wallet on Aug 13th. Only to discover the money in my main balance & comm has vanished.

I regret funding my wallet on this updated app. I have been using the old app to print airtime with my Bluetooth printer but ever since I updated this, I can't print airtime again and my money is just there doing nothing. Pls take us to the old app or u put the features of printing with Bluetooth printer.

Your app is becoming a scam app for scamming people, inside last year I transferred 2000 naira to my Ringo account it wasn't credited, but I was debited, the same thing is repeating itself this year again I transferred 5000 naira to my Ringo account since on the 13 April 2026 till now my account is still not credited. And the customer service is not helping. Please refund my money. am I running out of patience.
