I would've given it a zero-star rating if there was an option. If we really have to apply for our degree through this app, and it shows our degree is printed then it should be available on campus when we go for pickup. Instead we are informed on campus that the app only shows that our degree is printed and that you should've contacted us before coming for pickup. I mean if that's what we have to do then what's the meaning of applying for degree via this app?

App shows incorrect data as Website shows correct Then why you have launched this app. This app is for students relief, but this makes trouble for us. Kindly update correctly in app otherwise close it.

This app is incredibly frustrating! After spending a long time carefully entering all my data, I got an error message when I tried to submit the application. I tried resubmitting multiple times, but it kept saying the data already exists. This app is poorly designed and clearly wasn't tested properly before being launched. The IT department should really test their apps and websites thoroughly before going live. It's just wasting students' time and causing unnecessary stress.
