O aplicativo “Risco na HP” facilita a utilização das estratégias para estratificação de risco da Hipertensão Arterial Pulmonar, de acordo com as publicações científicas:
- Registro Francês de Hipertensão Pulmonar (FPHN);
- Registro prospectivo de terapias recém-iniciadas para hipertensão pulmonar (COMPERA 2.0);
- Registro para avaliar o risco de gerenciamento precoce e de longo prazo na HAP (REVEAL 2.0 e REVEAL Lite 2);
