This is a brilliant app. I have set the hazards and control measures to suite our organization and the finished assessment is the same format as the HSE guidance and ours. I like the addition of the photos and that you can place them on the picture where the hazard is and ref them in assessment. I would be more than happy to pay the fee providing that the email is as the PDF and that if I change my phone and have to re-install on new I do not have to pay again. This has made RA process easy and at location and because I have preloaded all the info and just have to tick a box I can do an assessment within 5 minutes with multiple photos. When set up it would give a standardized approach to RA if colleagues had all sections set identical and prompts the thought process. LIKE IT Please let me know about my question re-new phone.

I filled out a risk assement and to use it it wanted to charge me £2.something I thought I'd pay that for the app. Little did I realize it was just to use that risk assessment I'm done another straight after. When I tried to print (save the PDF) it tried to charge me £49.99 for unlimited. The app is full of spelling mistakes. To be honest its disgraceful and way too much money as you can get free templates online that look the same (and I do normally use)
