Won't load says bug needs fix from developer, idea is good but if it won't work what's the point.

Consistent bug issues for the past month with no fix (Samsung S20 5G). Have to use the website but that then sometimes bugs when you try to upload photos on faults, and then you can't "complete" it.

Very poor app, I've used this app the past three months at times. The data does not upload this has happened a number of times now, even with full signal also, everytime I open the app to take picture's the front camera comes on instead of the rear camera, this has just started to happen.
