★★☆☆☆ 1. SERVICE FEE that is hidden in with taxes. Just because scumbags like Uber do this doesn't make it okay. 2. Service fee announcement from April says this is to prevent restaurants from offering different prices in-app vs in-person and that Ritual will credit the difference if there are any discrepancies. This is a LIE. Ritual will tell you there is nothing they can do. Which is nonsense and against their own very recent new policy.

★★☆☆☆ Registration glitchy when I first signed up. Just placed an order that said I was getting a $2 off promotion, but it wasn't applied to my order. Showed up when the app said my order would be ready and the restaurant claimed they just got the order. I could have saved the $1.99 service fee and just ordered at the counter when I arrived. 10 minutes after arrival and my food still isn't ready.
