They are true bit coiners that only support bitcoin, charge zero fees with recurring purchases, hold 100% BTC reserves, and even advocate for every customer to move their BTC to their own self custody cold storage wallet. River can't be beat.

Absolutely horrible. I withdrew 150k, and they locked the funds for a month and a half. They didn't do the withdrawal. They instead locked my account.

Bought $97 in Bitcoin, next day get a notification saying my account is closed for their own private reasons and that they will issue an $80 refund to me as that's "fair market value" and that my money depreciated that much in one day... the Bitcoin never even managed to hit my wallet and was still pending. Beware scammer app. Lost 17 dollars in one simple transaction

You should close and report river financial for scam and fraud after I linked my account and add $2000 they hold it from July 27 till Aug 17 I can't get back or move my Bitcoin and money, and they closed my account after 2 days, they said we have the right to close any account and keep custody of the Bitcoin, A Complete scam be aware
