They closed my account for trying to withdraw my bitcoin to my cold wallet even after verification. And are holding my funds for 1 month before refunding them to me. From what I've read online I'm not the only one they've done that to even to long time users.

I was using River for about 2 weeks. I attempted to send it to a cold wallet. They asked for KYC. I sent everything then I was blocked. No reason why, just an email that my account was closed. Worse customer service ever.
