At this moment a total scam. I have money in the application they "couldn't verify my information" so no withdrawal or sending wait a month because that is their hold on verification give them what they asked for bank wise to confirm they close the account and now can't even call them because "phone services for this number discontinued". Emailing them gets the same blanket statement with no resolution. And when they finally tell me something, it is ANOTHER month to get my funds back.

Account was closed immediately upon creation by River. After submitting a support ticket I received a generic reply stating "After a review of your account, we have determined to discontinue this business relationship. " At the end, the only explanation given is "for security reasons we cannot provide additional details".

The 1-star reviews are spot on. I downloaded it and was proactive by getting verified etc. Before putting money on there and wasting my time. "Thank you for providing the requested documentation. Our Compliance team has reviewed your submission, and we are unable to approve your account for sending Bitcoin at this time. Please note that you are still able to buy, sell, hold and receive Bitcoin on the platform. You are eligible to resubmit for review to send Bitcoin on or after Feb 27, 2025."
