I was using River for about 2 weeks. I attempted to send it to a cold wallet. They asked for KYC. I sent everything then I was blocked. No reason why, just an email that my account was closed. Worse customer service ever.

Bought $97 in Bitcoin, next day get a notification saying my account is closed for their own private reasons and that they will issue an $80 refund to me as that's "fair market value" and that my money depreciated that much in one day... the Bitcoin never even managed to hit my wallet and was still pending. Beware scammer app. Lost 17 dollars in one simple transaction
