Appreciate being able to monitor river level as we depend on irrigation water, and we are in the flood plain.

I've been using this app for a few years now, it's simple and effective to check river gauges and get alerts ahead of possible flooding since I live in a flood plain next to the river it's crucial for me to know how high the rivers have risen.

This app works well you always have to know the flow of the water for kayaking and fishing!
★★★★★Megan Dark· May 7, 2026
For 7 years I've used River App to monitor stream flow on the river that runs through my property. I love comparing seasonal and year-to-year variations. My favorite feature is the custom alarm function. I have it set to notify me when the river is flowing above its seasonal average, so I have a heads-up to prepare for possible flood conditions. For a small annual fee River App always works like a dream and doesn't inundate you with ads or hidden trackers. One of my favorite apps!

There are several locations that never show any data in southern Wisconsin, can this be updated?
