Best car service NYC This is by far my go-to service in uptown New York City. They always say 2 minutes when I call and when I'm far Into the Bronx it may go up to 5 minutes. I just took a cab and received the message of an app available and I can't be happier about using it on my way home.

Best car service I love this car service! It's always on time. When they say 2 mins they mean it. I was using this other car service, but they were always late and never had any cars available on sat nights and would tell me to call back! No matter what time it is or when I call Riverside they always have a car ready for pickup in 5 mins or fewer! Excellent, only small gripe I have is the phone operator speaks so fast I have to ask him to repeat it, but other than that 5 stars for Riverside

When I first downloaded this app a few years ago it worked fine, but I recently changed my phone but kept the same number, and now I can't use the app, it says that I'm not registered to use it but if I try to put in new information it says that the number is already registered. Can someone please help me fix this problem?
