I downloaded the version that does not say "Employee" and it still asks for an employee ID login. Rural King is a great store who can do better with having an app for customers to use!

What about consumers? No app for consumers?

If you have any 2026 version of a phone, especially android, the app barely works. It frequently goes down and there are all kinds of bugs. Printer function won't work-either won't let you select one or tells you the ip address is wrong. More often than not you have to scan an item 2 or 3 times to get any info to pull up and the additional info section for pogs and other info will not operate at all, pretty much making this app useless and does nothing other than taking up storage space on phone

This app legitimately sucks compared to the first scanner. This new one has a lot more problems. I hate how if I scan something, print a label, then scan something else it chooses to print again. The ui is completely different and frustrating. Sometimes I have very bad problems printing and syncing to printers. I do like how it is kinda organized? Like, some of the ui, however most of it is stupidly confusing. The first scanner is better.
