Pros: 1. Quick account opening (within 24 hrs) 2. User-friendly UI of the app and the trading web 3. An awesome customer support 4. Fixed fee brokerage 5. Free trading API which is Symphony XTS 6. Fund transfer is easy with their ECMS Cons: 1. The main website UI is uneasy to navigate 2. Info on main website is not up-to date 3. No app/web interface to buy direct MF (Need to request customer support to raise a buy request on our behalf) 4. Back office is not the best I would say

I bought some quantity of stock, Ashokley with R money in Rs 161.00 but next morning it shows 165.00 in my portfolio. Why they added extra Rs. 4, I don't know. After buying the stock, I had Rs. 3482/= in my hand, but after some days it has been reduced in Rs. 3068/=. Where is my 414/= Rs.? What is going on?
