I have been using Road ID for years now! I was deeply concerned following the new release and the apparent issues that followed. I know the people over at Road ID, they are top-notch and always try to solve the problems presented to them. They are hard at work addressing all my problems and have currently fixed many of them. Try and be patient, they are hard at work. I'm pleased to say I'm recommending this app to all my patients & family that are Physically Active. Stay safe out there! 🚴♂️

The old version was great for me the past 6 years or so. Useful and reliable. Recent updates seemed to have crippled the app. It has not worked my last 5 rides. It starts but terminates shortly thereafter. This app is now a dead brick. I will need to find another. Such a shame.

Used app for years. Now it's not working correctly. No longer get email summary. Alerts my husband when I'm stationary but no longer alerts ME so that I can text him I just stopped for a break. I would gladly pay for a working app. Please hire a developer and give us our app back!

UPDATE 2020 no longer works with new Androids. Hoping they will roll out an updated version...when it worked, it was wonderful. No app update since 2017 tho.... :(
