★★★★★ I would recommend the road to Hana tour. I loved being able to do the tour on our own schedule. The guide was very clear and provided us all the information we could ever need.

★★☆☆☆ Not worth $20. I did my research on what to see, and I'm glad we did because the app glossed over or didn't even mention some sights. The Hana lava tube wasn't mentioned on the way there, then recommended skipping it. This is one of the best attractions. It also skipped oversights, so we had to physically tap on them to get the app to tell us about them. It's not seemless, you need to monitor it, or else you'll miss stuff, which defeats the purpose of purchasing it. This app needs improvements.

★★☆☆☆ The first download failed. It downloaded but didn't work. It kept trying to open Google Play Store, not paying music, freezing constantly and just plain ol sucked. When we got to Hana, I deleted the app reinstalled everything at it worked better but still kept trying to open Google Play Store. It took a ton of app/phone management and screwed up our trip. Don't depend on the app, make your own itinerary and download the area on Google Maps to navigate everything.

★★☆☆☆ The tour did not work offline. I purchased the road to hana tour. The app states that the tour works offline. I followed the app's instructions to download the offline content. However, when I actually needed to play the tour offline, it did not work.
