I love the Roam app. The UI is clean and easy to navigate. However, I couldn't find Roam points and stickers after I updated to the latest version. I need to know what happened.

As a new user im a bit disappointed, I set up a router, I have been getting no points even with active connections including myself, the wallet doesn't work, the network is basically useless for what it was designed for, guess im moving onto something else, this project had potential but the same as many other projects the development and the investors are greedy and ruin their own inventions

Terrible, used to be good, but you can only earn points now by referrals, using the esim and watching ad's, they have killed this app, and it's crypto token.

After months of mining & staking, on 3 Dec 2025 my entire account suddenly wiped to zero: 100+ ROAM staking, all points, stickers, referrals, history - GONE. Looks like brand-new account. Tried to reinstall, new device - still zero. Opened ticket 9 days ago - ZERO response. Asked in official Telegram - got BANNED by admin for complaining. This is not a small bug, this is users losing real assets and being silenced. Worst support ever. Will keep 1-star until they restore everything. Not safe to use
