Used Roamless for the first time on a recent trip to Morocco, and it worked so well for me. My Fix data plan activated automatically on arrival once my phone was out of airplane mode. The rolling GB used/left count in the app brought reassurance. It was also reassuring to know I could make an affordable call back to the UK via the app should the need have arisen (e.g. to my travel insurance company's landline in the event of a medical emergency). Not everyone is on WhatsApp etc. of course.

I've seen ads for dozens of eSim providers and found Roamless, by accident, but I'm glad I did. The combination of Fixed data plans with Flex plans is something no one else offers. So far, I've only used it for visiting Canada from the US. While it took a few moments driving through Windsor to connect, it worked really well. I'm looking forward to trying Roamless in the UK.

I have had this app for 5 days and have not been able to access the internet. I originally bought a $20.00 package was then told I had no credit, so I paid a further $20.00 I was then told I had a fixed package and needed a flex package despite the fact that I had an email from Devon telling me I was covered for the 28 Caribbean countries where I am currently traveling. I am being asked for countless screenshots and constantly told the problem is being dealt with. All I want is a refund AVOID

The only eSim nor installing on my phone. According to support due to being installed on my lost one. No refund because that's my fault and impossible to use Roamless anymore... great product UPDATE: 10 minutes after my initial review, I've been magically released a new eSim. Pity at that point I already left the Country I bought the service for, and still no refund

Did not like my experience with this Roamless purchase. First, I ended up buying way more data than I needed due to a confusing sign-up/purchase process. Second, when I realized I needed SMS to text I signed up for a European number, but then I could never get it to function despite following all the instructions diving into the settings in the bowels of my phone. Too much time and money wasted. Purchased Orange Travel instead & it was easy and totally worth it. Requested a refund & was denied.
