Great eSIM app that credits will never expire! Good job! However, the voice call part sometimes not able to connect to server, and you have to restart the app to reconnect before able to make call. Customer service and support is excellent and fast response. Have my issues answered and fixed quick. Sometimes you may be compensated with small credits. Nice! Referral credits are easy to earn as the price model is easy to sell, no regret with a free try before buy with no expiry credits.

Update: Have used it for a year in Costa Rica, France and Switzerland. Still 5 stars. Sometimes local provider not the fastest but always works in the end. Phone calls in their app easy to use. Original: A UNIQUE eSIM provider. It WORKS and delivers on what it promises: roaming data in ALL covered countries, that does NOT expire and has pay-per-use phone calls. They even give $1.25 in credit to try out their service FOR FREE. Almost all negative reviews here are NOT of the service.

The only sim you'll ever need. Auto connects to service in any of the supported countries without having to do anything. Convenient pay as you go model instead of having to purchase data for specific countries for a set time. Funds in Roamless never expire, just top up your account, and you are good to go! Even if you don't travel, having Roamless as a backup sim, so you never lose service is a no-brainer 👍🏾

Setup guide says "Enter the details below (based on whom the eSIM provider is — BICS or Proximus)". How am I supposed to know? Buried somewhere in the FAQ it mentions that it's available in the SIM manager, but mine shows nothing, just "Roamless". Trying to add the Proximus APN results in the APN just disappearing and not being added. Probably a quirk with Android but Roamless should provide instructions how to get around this. Ultimately couldn't get anything to work.

With limited suppliers for esims in Angola, I ended up with Roamless. I travelled twice using Roamless, both times the eSIM doesn't work, it takes days for customer service to make it work. They are also expensive in countries where there is more competition. Unlike other providers, you have to configure the APN settings. Edit: Roamless doesn't give a stable connection. I purchased an eSIM from a different supplier.

Very bad!! Helpdesk do not ANYTHING! THEY JUST SAY SOMETHING!. Will this eSim was recommended by a friend. I was VERY stupid to be lieve him. The side says you make (receive) calls, but helpdesk said this is NOT possible. The person on the other side of the phone doesn't know what he is saying: 1 person says not possible to make (receive) calls and the other one says "yes, it is possible
