One of th The worst services in the market. They lie, cheat and deceive on every front. Location accuracy at least a kilometer away. When a complaint is filed, they wait until the billing month is over then lie about doing the job. Blame the customer for not picking up phone with outright lie. And then ask to recharge. Absolutely reprehensible.

The worst service. Nobody is picking the helpline no. I have recharged but it showing offline for more than 17 days!!! Very disappointing service from robi.

One of the worst IoT devices ever bought. Bought a bike tracker, but after a day it stopped sending all kind of notifications. Very few features, mostly unnecessary. . It won't help in an emergency, if unable to send start/stop notifications.

It's one of the worst vehicle tracking solutions in the country. Total waste of money. Does not show the right location. It can't even properly show engine start-stop notifications. I am using another tracker in my other car, which is far better than this garbage. I called their customer service, they closed my ticket without resolving the problem.
