This is the app I started with for investing, and I have learned a lot with their easy-to-use app. Any problems I've had have been solved with the chatbot or with a person. My only issue with it is that there is a waitlist for their gold credit card, but there is nowhere to even see if you're on the waitlist, I did talk to support, and I do know I'm on it, just don't expect to get it for a while, I have waited a few months and still nothing.

Probably the best mobile platform out there. Level 2, ladder, too bad there isn't room to fit the tape. I run it on two phones, one for the ladder and one for the chart.

I know there are a lot of rumors maybe about RH, but I came from E-Trade where the platform feels impossible to simply trade to Robinhood who offered me, at the time 3.5% on top of my IRA, I'm a level 3 trader now with their gold card and bank account. The support is awesome if you can log in in, once I couldn't and that was kinda a hassle but so far I've almost doubled my learning to day-trade brokerage account and half of my IRA (🚫 all eggs in basket) growing better than the last 5 years.

For the first month they make it seem like you are doing well. After that its downhill. They stole over 100 shares of one of my stocks and refuse to answer calls and email. The ads are intrusive and annoying. Ads are also pushy.Don't believe their rating and those fake positive reviews. They have sniffed into my bank account and stole funds from there AND my savings. Definitely deleting account and app

The new update forces the user to verify ID with Persona, they claim this is needed for regulatory compliance but Wealth front, Schwab and Fidelity all do not require this. Additionally, I have been unable to verify my ID with the app or log in for unclear reasons despite being able to verify my ID with Persona on my laptop after talking to a support agent. Persona is a mass surveillance company that may retain information on users for up to 3 years. I will be closing my account.
