★★★★★ Love love love! I have had many spine surgeries and was told to never mop, sweep, vacuum, and it has made all the difference. Not only has it made my job easier she does a better job!

★★★★★ So far, so good! It mapped out around 2300 SF of area in 19 minutes on Quick Map & then cleaned the entire area on 1 charge with 30% of battery left & then emptied. I was impressed at how well the dirt collection chamber emptied out & looked almost spotless. It is pretty impressive compared to the old Roomba 690 we had.

★★☆☆☆ 1. When re entering the app in the vacuum screen itself (the screen after the main screen) it always hangs and you have to back and re-enter the individual vacuum. Incredibly annoying. 2. Map is trash and no-go zones don't work as intended, even when increasing by 1 meter beyond the actual no-go spot. For such an expensive product this is disappointing beyond belief and I won't purchase roborock products again.

★★☆☆☆ My first experience with Roborock was unpleasant due to a DOA device. Now it's started telling me "Network slow" and refusing to load the map. I didn't update firmware nor did I change anything in my home Wi-Fi or Internet configuration. Where are you loading the map from? If it's stored on the robot why is it so slow to load???

★★☆☆☆ Actual first and last roborock I'm buying. Never got a robot that got so confused. I wouldn't mind that, if it wasn't creating new rooms and the worst of all, even if I "restore map" it keeps them broken! And then, you just laugh at us by having the good map at the cleaning history, kid you not. UNABLE TO RESTORE FROM THERE

★★☆☆☆ Vacuum is good, and I am very Happy with it. But room editing on app needs to be fixed ASAP. Not possible to divide rooms for some reason. Robot has lost Wi-Fi settings three times in four months.
