People say its good but doesn't work on nvidia shield On the first stage, when it says hold R2 and aim with right stick, it doesn't. I don't know if it is just on the shield but I spent $7 on a game that doesn't even work. Can the developers PLEASE fix this problem or at least give me a refund. Thank you for your consideration.

PLEASE! Help me! Hi there! So I just bought myself Richard because I saw a lot of great reviews, when the first level comes up I do every thing right ( jump the stairs, climb the ladder, talk to that women) until I come to that cube ( I'm playing on the shield by the way) witch I cannot pickup! It says R2 to pickup, I've pressed every single button 20 times it just won't pickup the cube! Please help me I cannot go forward in the game! If you fix my problem I'll change my vote to 5!
