Overall I think the Roche Bros app is very flexible and effective for ordering my items. The mobile app on Android does not always make the current selection buttons in focus be in front of other hot spots so removing items from the cart is difficult because you cannot confirm the removal from the cart list (trying to select confirm is blocked by other hot spots on screen). You have to go into the item detail and decrement so extra clicks.

I like how easy the sales are to shop. And the rest of the order was smooth... Only complaint is that when you scroll with arrow to next page it is really easy to accidentally add the last item on the page to your shopping cart! Had to remove 5 items.

I frequently receive a $10.00 off promo. The associates who text should a choice not be available are so helpful and pleasant.

Very little nutritional information. Very little. And I've seen no effort at improvement in the years that I've used the app. They just don't care.

The new update of Sep 6, 2023 doesn't work at all on my Pixel 6 running Android 13. After allowing notifications, I immediately get the error message, "Invalid Session. Your session could not be created, please reload and try again." Pressing the reload button just gives me the same error. The previous version on an older phone still works fine.

The store has always been overpriced, but now it seems to be predatory on top of it; items are even more excessively overpriced than ever. Don't listen to their reasoning, this is not normal. Every other store is far cheaper, even Whole Foods for some items. Also, the new interface is hot garbage and doesn't meet WCAG accessibility standards, so it's exclusionary to those with low vision.
