I love how this app incorporates the rock prodigy training program with the different hang board programs. That way I spend more time training and less time messing around customizing a timing app. The only other thing that would be nice is to have is pictures of the tango rock prodigy and which hold to use for the next exercise. When using one of the hang board routines it only showed a picture of the jug hold, which is the most obvious one, on a different style of hang board. Overall I like the setup.

I like! It's now my goto app for hang boarding. Simple and useful. Timer beeps are well-placed and sound nice. Some things I'd like to see in the future: customizable grip type order, more/custom grip types, next grip type always visible on timer screen (at least during pauses). Google fit integration and logging weights.

Could be better I slightly prefer the app, Seconds Pro, because of its versatility. This app will be nicer when it allows for having the different number of sets, reps, and timing for each grip. For example, in the book, the intermediate strength workout has one set for the warm-up jug, and two sets for the subsequent grip exercises. There doesn't appear to be a way to set that up with the current functionality of the timer. Also, it would be nice if more of the workouts from the book were included without having to set up a
