Very user-friendly to use! I was able to transfer tickets to my daughter too. She downloaded the app and I transferred some of the tickets to her. She went off with her cousins, and I did not have to be following her around with my app for ticket scanning.

I will give this app 4 stars because it does have some pretty helpful features. The maps are great! HOWEVER......your directions to get to the rideshare area, not so great. All it shows is an arrow and "yellow lot" but no further directions. Would be great if you could use the map feature similar to google maps in that if you ask for directions to any point on the map it gives you helpful directions.

Can't get to your tickets during peak hours. Their system can't handle the demand. Waste of money! Advice, get paper QR code, before it gets busy. Line to Guest Services is over an hour long!
