Great app I bought a Roku and did not have remote. this app is killer! works great but you have to set up Roku with internet connection first.

Ok This works but how useful it actually is is more debatable. The remote function itself is very simple and contains the same buttons as on the actual Roku remote without adding any additional functionality. The buttons are smaller than on the real remote and only take up a portion of the remote screen for some reason, which makes this harder to use than it has to be for people with large fingers. Why not use the whole display screen for the remote buttons? The app does give you the ability to switch channels using your phone, but that's not something I have any interest in. Some people might find this app useful. I don't. Will probably uninstall.
