I have two small suggestions that could improve the app even more: 1) It would be great to have a short preview button for songs, so users can listen before selecting them. Sometimes I know the melody but not the song name, so a preview would really help. 2) When opening a song and going back, the app resets to the top of the list. It would be much better if it could remember the previous scroll position.

First I used duolingo music and loved the ability to use real keys via midi. I needed more and wanted to learn to use keys and correct fingers. Roli has a great catalog of songs, old and new. Great teachers and pace, options for reading music in visual bars or lines cascade or traditional written. Love it, way cheaper than real teachers, can do anytime anywhere. Fab

This app is great I love it !!! There are only a couple of things don't like: first I don't like to be forced to activate gps to use the app and I would be a really good thing to have Roli Studio Player for Android

Why is the ROLI keyboard so extremely expensive? The key colors are the only positive. Some keys don't work, syncing is way off, not a lot of extras either. Then there's this garbage app that won't work without a subscription. There are constantly the Internet connection errors, no customizations, freezing, hardware issues, etc. Oh, and customer service is non-existent. Buyer beware. I borrowed ROLI and gave it back. Get an awesome Marimba instead. This one feels like a scam.

Lessons load very slow most of the time (I'm talking about 3–4 minutes). Some lessons don't ever load and in some the audio is not in sync with the lesson. The lessons are very useful, when they work.

Complete Trash. AVOID the ROLI brand entirely. You must pay a recurring subscription cost to do anything of value. The free version is useless and you can't even change the octaves of a LUMI if you don't pay money every month. The lessons are laggy and the video syncs from audio so even the paid content is a ripoff. I would never have wanted the hardware if I knew the software it depends on was such a massive scam.
