Easy to find, easy to unlock and lock. Speed displays in km/h. Good size for a tall person Extremely difficult to find out how to enter promo code. Told to enter it after my trip on checkout. Did so and it's for my next ride not the one I just completed. Be sure to have a fully charged phone otherwise you may not be able to take a picture to end your ride

If I could I would put zero start, tried 2 different scooters, no one worked properly, finally the last one didn't want to be locked, just keep saying try later while charging money. Since I couldn't lock the scooter I ended up with over 8 hours of riding and over 200 dollars charge. In addition there is no phone number that you could call for support. Still waiting for response for my support request. Overall, wasted evening and waisted money, one of the worst experiences in my life.

Still so many issues with this app, can't lock scooter, scooter says its in use by some else after unlocking it, always have to log in again, scooters don't appear on the map even when they're available and i view.

The app doesn't show where the scooters are and if it actually does - they aren't there. Use neuron if you have the option.
