The original Romancing SaGa -Minstrel Song- included many of the SaGa series trademark elements, such as the Glimmer and Combo mechanics and was considered to be the epitome of the series when it first released. The primordial creator Marda brought forth the land of Mardias. In ages past a mighty battle rocked this land, when Elore, the king of the gods, fought three malicious deities: Death, Saruin and Schirach. After a long and drawn-out struggle, Death and Schirach were sealed away and rendered powerless, with the final deity Saruin also trapped through the power of the Fatestones and the noble sacrifice of the hero Mirsa. Now 1000 years have passed since that titanic battle.
The Fatestones lie scattered across the world and the gods of evil are resurgent once more. Eight heroes set off on their own journeys, as if guided by the hand of fate.

Amazing port! It's good to use video guides for quests in your notes, and a spell/mentor list to find where to get magic and train your skills. It is a game that requires a good 10-15 hour run just running around learning what to do, on an easier character like Aisha or Claudia, to really understand it, and after that then you restart and focus on doing quests as early as you can. Underappreciated game for sure♥️

The first Romancing saga remastered. Start here. Use no guide no rules the game is hundreds of hours per character. Every choice matters. The opposite of its cousin Final Fantasy it is brutal and non-linear, but it completely concentrates on battle where FF is more story. No leveling brutal and underrated jrpg series of all time. Plays great on ios/ android.

I just brought the game, but the additional file that need to be installed just won't be installed! I can't even go to main menu because of this additional file that freeze!!!

Very bad. The download is not moving at all despite my good connection home Wi-Fi. It stays stuck at 85% cannot be played. I want to appeal for a refund.

The fact you can't play offline is off-putting. If I'd have known that, I wouldn't have bought it. 20+ bucks for a single player game, and you can't even play offline. If I could refund it I would. Haven't touched it since I found that out. What a darn shame.

I don't understand why I have to connect to play the game. I was looking forward to play this offline but it as to 'authentic' every time I play. Why? Just let me play. It's only been three days, and I can't return it. Not going to by games on play store.
