★★★★★ Very easy to order and pay at the bar during a busy concert! I wish every venue had this option!

★★★★★ Went to a show at the Anthem in D.C. and saw the app listed on the website. Logged in before the show and opened a tab. All I had to do was show the bartender my number, and I was good. Closed out the tab from my hotel room. Easy to use, I could see everything I had ordered. I would definitely use it again!

★★★★★ Downloaded the app before going to a show at the Anthem. It made going to the bar easy and there were no more than 2 people ahead of me at a time. Adding Rooam was the best thing the Anthem did for its customers!!

★★☆☆☆ Literally the only way for us to buy water at a concert. I don't mean figuratively, Literally.

★★☆☆☆ The user fee is not clearly stated anywhere up front. If you accidentally close your tab and open another one you are charged twice. Tip is automatically added at 20% before you close out, unlike IRL when you close a tab first then add a tip on your own. Update: You are still not warned about the fee BEFORE you use the app. Don't use it.
