Need to know pricing. Can someone give me pricing?

Roof Snap is an excellent tool for measuring roofs and creating estimates.

★★★★★ Mason Nichols · Apr 15, 2019

Roof Snap is like having an extra estimator. Its one of the best programs I've come across in my 30+ years in the roofing business. For my $100.00 annual subscription fee pus 10-20 bucks per take off I get accurate drawings and all the pertinent measurements. Weird buildings, steep slopes, etc., I find that their take-offs are more accurate than a human on site, and you don't have to worry about missed details. It doesn't take the place of a site visit, but it allows me to concentrate on the customer and gives me back hours in my day that I used to spend crawling around roofs. I've used it for large commercial projects over 1000 squares and small residential re-roofs ...it's a great product and the folks that work there are super helpful and get back to me right a way whenever I've had a situation I don't understand.

Horrendous service. I signed up with my credit card to take advantage of the 14-day free trial. Ordered a sketch of my house. First they said they couldn't do a full sketch and to try a half a snap. I did and when I get the report it was for the WRONG house. I had my address set up correctly and the pin directly over my roof. Horrendous. Immediately canceled.

The service really begs you to subscribe annually to the point that the monthly subscription is straight robbery. $99 a month for 5 reports. Whereas if you pay for the entire year you get 480. Roofer gives you 45 a month but has a terrible estimate format. But that's not a problem because there are plenty of other free options for that. So use Roofer instead if you don't want to pay for an entire year up front.
