First of all it is not totally free after few free tournaments they ask for premium pass to even play free tournaments, My question is, Is the purchase of premium pass is one time purchase or is it need to be bought each month as subscription. You need premium pass to access Rook took store, with free version you don't get much choice to redeem your coins for rewards.

All the puzzles are repeated here. Once you start playing you'll by heart most of the puzzles which is of no use. The timer is for 2 mins, but it always finishes in between and some get more time to solve which is totally unfair. Pro users get instant support, but that's not true. Support system is very poor. And most of the time the store redemption doesn't work then what's the use of the pro badge if you can't redeem instantly. Very poor experience
